At times, things in life can be dragging or overwhelming. Your head may or can be in overdrive— thoughts are in a spiral loop; some is reasonable, most are not. But don’t forget to take a pause. Breathe. Collect memories. Take beautiful pictures. Smell the salt air. Laugh until you have tears of joy. Leave footprints. Count the blessings. Then you’ll realize, life’s good, after all. You just have to focus on the good things, no matter how small or trivial they seem.
